Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. NotaryCRM Free will always be FREE. NotaryCRM Solo and Pro are a pay-as-you-go services. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Are there any additional fees?
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. There are no other hidden fees whatsoever.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal, checks, or purchase orders. We also do not take orders over the phone.

Do you provide phone support?
We provide live chat support during business hours for everyone! We provide unlimited support via email for our paying customers, but we don't provide support over the phone. We do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours of receiving it. Your emails always get answered by an owner. We do not outsource our support overseas or employ low paid, unqualified support staff.
