NotaryCRM recognizes the importance of protecting our Clients' information. Therefore we have created the following privacy guidelines in order to ensure that its users' rights to privacy are fully respected.

  1. Privacy of Your Information
    1. The information (companies, contacts, addresses, signings, etc) you submit to us will never be contacted in any way by NotaryCRM, other than via the emails you send. We will never share these addresses with any 3rd party, neither will we sell them to any 3rd party.
    2. Your information is private. No details of your information (neither the content, nor the addresses, nor any photos or documents attached to your account) will ever be made public in any way, or shared with any person who is not a NotaryCRM employee or associate, unless we are required to do so by law.
    3. Note however, that full cooperation by NotaryCRM, will be given to any legal investigation of criminal activity utilizing our service.
    4. NotaryCRM employees may appraise the content of our database (in aggregate) to determine, the types of users who are most interested in our services, and to which segments of the population we should direct our marketing efforts.
  2. Information we collect and how we use it
    1. Information you provide
      Contacts, companies, and any other information you enter in your account. In order to provide a service to you, NotaryCRM saves this information on our servers. We will never share this information with any third party or any person other than NotaryCRM employees or associates unless required by law.
    2. Email address
      When you create an account, you provide us with your email address. We use the email address to send you information about the state of your account.
      In addition, we may send marketing emails to this address in the future. However, you will be able to opt-out of these emails.
      We will never share your email address with any 3rd party, neither will we sell it to any 3rd party.
    3. Cookies
      When you visit NotaryCRM.com we place a cookie on your computer to track your identity. These cookies allow us to uniquely identify you and to allow you to return to the site without having to login. If you clear your cookies, you must login again.
    4. Log information
      When you access NotaryCRM, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
      So as to know our customers better, we collect and store this information. We use a combination of our own code, and Google Analytics, to collect this data. Please see Google Analytics' privacy policy for more information.
  3. Copyright and Content Ownership
