NotaryCRM is now offering our Solo, Max, and Pro users a new time-saving support feature, that we’re calling “Virtual Scheduling Assistance” (at least until we can come up with a better name for it!).
Before, when it came time to schedule a signing assignment you had received via email, you had to manually enter the data into your account yourself. Not the worst thing in the world, but it does take time, and anytime you can save time, you’re saving money.
So now, to save you time and money, instead of entering your scheduling data yourself, you can just forward your email assignment to us, and our support team will enter the data for you! We’ll even send you an automatic update alert when the signing is complete, usually within minutes during the business day. It’s like having your own virtual secretary to schedule your appointments for you!
