- Open the WebTest PDF.
- Make note of the three-digit code displayed on the PDF, close the PDF.
- Enter that code in the box provided and click ‘Continue.’
- Under “Application Type,” click “New Application.” Click “Next Step.”
- Carefully fill out all of the fields and don’t forget to enter two references under the fields “Endorser 1 Information” and “Endorser 2 Information.”
- Click “Review Application.”
You will receive confirmation of your approved application in the mail.
